Pope Francis Goes on Record Again in Support of Communism

Earlier this month, Pope Francis spoke during a Divine Mercy Sunday service about the disciples of Jesus and how they once shared common ownership of properties.

“The Acts of the Apostles relate that ‘no one claimed private ownership of any possessions, but everything they owned was held in common.’ This is not communism, but pure Christianity,” he said.

Nevermind that the early apostles shared common ownership for a specific time and a very specific purpose. Nevermind that they were not forced to do so, but that they chose to do so because the circumstances of their God-give mission (spreading the gospel and building the church) made it necessary.

This is not the first time this globalist pontiff has praised communism. As far back as 2013 when he was elected Francis has been an outspoken opponent of capitalism. Many of his speeches, letters, and other public documents call for redistribution of wealth from so-called rich nations to the poorest.

Nevermind that the very same capitalist economic principles that Francis hates have lifted thousands of immigrants out of poverty in free market countries across the globe. Nevermind that by definition, communism is no Christian system under which to live.

Communism: political and economic doctrine that aims to replace private property and a profit-based economy with public ownership and communal control of at least the major means of production (e.g., mines, mills, and factories) and the natural resources of a society (Britannica).

Without private property you have no rights to anything. If a bully moves into your building and takes over your apartment space you have no recourse. The law will be on his side because after all, he needed a place to stay and it is your duty to provide for your fellow man!

Nevermind that the Bible repeatedly mentions owning household items and land as private property. Nevermind that even in the kingdom of heaven the Lord intends for us to have ownership.

Although Jesus builds houses in heaven, the Bible also says that those saved will also build their own houses and inhabit them as well as plant and eat from vineyards (Isaiah 65:21).

Nevermind that this supposed Vicar of Christ doesn't even understand the basic concept of free will. The Bible teaches us to help the poor, the sick, the widows and the orphans. God gives us the choice to decide whether we will or not. In a communist society there is no choice. One cannot simply choose to be generous because under communism one is a slave to the system. A slave to the so-called common good.

Nevermind that this pope has no grasp on human nature either. Communist societies produce no hope for a better life or a better way. There is no drive for individuals to compete to do things better or smarter (which actually would be for the common good) because there is no reward for extra effort. What results is a complete lack of innovation, which brings the overall standard of living down (at least for the non-elite, non-ruling class).

It it has been said many times and my response has always been that, if anything, it is the communists who think like Christians." (Pope Francis in 2016).

Why would a man who claims to be a Christian petition for a system that would enslave mankind?

Considering the odd behavior of this pope over the last few years, it has become clear that he isn't aligned with God's agenda. He would have us believe that an earthly utopia is possible if only we submit to a global communist government where everything is tracked and traced for sustainability and the "good of the environment." A society where basic human rights become an afterthought, all in the name of the common good.
