Counterfeit COVID Vaccines?

The World Economic Forum (WEF) recently published an article on its website stating that the COVID vaccine market is worth $150 billion. This is no surprise to those of us who know how much big pharma is benefiting from this supposed pandemic.

In the same article, the WEF lays out a case in support of blockchain-backed technology to increase the security of COVID vaccines. Increase the security, you ask? With world governments having to beg, bribe, entice, and manipulate citizens to get them to "take the jab" who would bother to steal a COVID "vaccine?"

But its actually not vaccine theft that the WEF is concerned about. Rather, it's vaccine fakes. Apparently countries around the world are reporting a rise in the number of counterfeit COVID vaccines that are being sold and administered to the unsuspecting public.

The WEF cites a recent report by CNN in which "thousands of people had fallen prey to a scam selling fake coronavirus vaccines in India, with doctors and medical workers among those arrested for their involvement." The report revealed that about 2,500 people had been duped into taking saline injections under the guise that they were legitimate AstraZeneca doses. (Lucky for them, right?). Pfizer is also reporting the existence of bootlegged COVID vaccines, specifically in Mexico and Poland.

According to the WEF article, scamsters can buy fake COVID vaccines on Craigslist and eBay, as well as from more obscure sources on the dark web. In order to verify this, I conducted cursory searches on both sites. While I was unable to find any fake COVID vaccine sellers, I did find purveyors of fake vaccination ID cards. Perhaps the despicable criminals have all been purged from the internet. (After all, we know how good some companies have become at censorship).

All things considered, I was admittedly surprised by the concept of fake COVID vaxes being anything other than laughable. I should have known better. Given the success that the powers that be have had in mystifying the masses with propaganda about basically everything, it's really no stretch at all to find that some crafty criminal somewhere is able to make a buck with this sort of con.

What is this world coming to? Never mind. Don't answer that. I think I already know.
